![]() ![]() If you've lost progress in the game it may be due to a poor internet connection or a device problem. From there you can select the "Help & Support" and then the messaging icon in the top right corner of the help pages. You can contact support by using the settings (gear cog) button in the upper left corner of your game. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.Please ensure your device is connected to the internet and you won't lose your progress. Make sure your game is updated to the latest version, you can check for updates by searching for Township in your app store. Try restarting your device and reentering the game. I plan to update this post regularly with new tips about the game. So please read this through and I hope you find it helpful.
